Job Overview

We’re seeking experienced and dependable Flatbed Drivers to handle light- to medium-duty towing and roadside assistance.

Responsibilities

• Operate flatbed tow trucks safely and efficiently
• Respond to dispatch calls for towing, jump starts, lockouts, tire changes, and fuel deliveries
• Provide excellent customer service in high-stress roadside situations
• Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned truck

Requirements

• Valid California Driver’s License
• Clean driving record
• Minimum 1 year of towing experience
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Must be dependable, punctual, and professional
• Comfortable working independently and outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to do tire change, lock out, battery change, fuel delivery etc.

Compensation/Benefits

• Starting at $18 / hour + bonuses
• Flexible scheduling: morning and overnight shifts available
